Customer Agreement
This website is provided and managed by Michael Andrews LLC (hereinafter referred to as “MAB” or “we”).
Refund Policy / Satisfaction Guarantee
We take our customer satisfaction very seriously. If you are not reasonably satisfied with the fit or quality of any Michael Andrews Bespoke garment you purchase, we will alter or remake the garment once without additional cost to you. As each garment is specially made for a particular customer, we cannot offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
We strive to deliver our garments as quickly as possible, and guaranty initial delivery of garments within the following period from the date an order is placed:
- Black Label Collection garments: 6 weeks
- Platinum Label Collection garments: 8 weeks
- Signature Collection suits: 16 weeks
- Shirts: 6 weeks
Subject to the paragraph below, if we fail to deliver a garment in the specified delivery period, we will offer you a merchandise credit toward a future MAB purchase equal to 20% of the price of the garment that was delayed.
Our guaranteed delivery times do not apply to delays resulting from third-party fabrics being out-of-stock or special requests for non-standard garments that involve complicated patternmaking or sample production. Additional time may also be required if specialty fabrics or trimmings are requested, or if a customer’s own fabric must be shipped to our workshop. Moreover, initial orders for multiple garments may require that a confirmation garment be made and fitted before the remainder of the order is completed. In such a case, our delivery guarantee applies to delivery of the fit confirmation garment. Delivery of the remainder of the order is also subject to our delivery guaranty; however, the applicable time period by which the guaranty is calculated begins on the date the fit of the confirmation garment is confirmed.

We make every effort to maintain the accuracy of information on our website. However, information is subject to change at any time and we make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy of any information on our website other than the terms and conditions set forth on this Customer Agreement.

Privacy Policy
MAB collects personal data from visitors to our website who register their information or send us an e-mail. We also use cookies (as described below) and track IP addresses so that we can improve our services and enhance your MAB experience. In addition, MAB collects some protected personal information (e.g., name, address, telephone number(s), credit card information, email address, etc.) from our clients who place an order with us.
When you e-mail us, provide us information via an online form, complete a client data form or otherwise provide us with personal information, you give us your consent to process and use such data in a reasonable and customary manner consistent with the purpose for which such information was provided. If you give us your personal information, we will use this information to keep you informed of our special events or promotions, to register you with our website, to administer our website services, and/or to process any orders you may place with us.
MAB does not sell, rent or disclose our client's names, addresses, email addresses or other personal information to any non-MAB entity or partner, except that we may share client contact information with our approved affiliate and partner companies so that you may be informed of other products that may be of interest to you. Further, in order to maintain our website, to manage our database, to distribute e-mails and to provide client communications, MAB contracts with selected third parties such as Constant Contact and Quickbooks. As necessary, the personal information you provide to us may be processed by these third parties, solely on MAB’s behalf but we do not authorize any of these service providers to make any other use of your information. We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties, unless we are required to do so by law or in connection with a legal claim or proceeding. If MAB is acquired by another entity or is merged or consolidated, information about MAB clients may be made available to the new entity. However, the new entity will agree to protect the confidentiality of your personal information consistent with this Customer Agreement.
Cookies are pieces of information a web site can send to your computer's browser for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies to ascertain which web pages are visited and how often, to make our web site more user friendly, and to give you a better experience when you return to the website. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you do not have to accept them. However, your visit to our website will be significantly enhanced if cookies are not disabled. However, while we take reasonable steps to protect this personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, you accept that no data can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended persons and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this breach is due to our negligence.

Acceptance of Customer Agreement and Modifications
By accessing and using the MAB website, or by submitting a client data sheet, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your information as described in this Customer Agreement. MAB reserves the right occasionally to make changes to our Customer Agreement or practices. We will post the updated policy on our website, and thus we encourage you to review this page from time to time.
